Nottinghamshire Council scraps £1 charge for Ebooks
E-books will be available free of charge from Nottinghamshire County Council’s libraries from April 2.
The decision to scrap the £1 charge per e-book issue, was made this week by the county council’s Culture Committee and is good news for book lovers ahead of National Libraries Day this Saturday
